I collaborate directly with my clients to not only match the vision of their special day but to expand upon it, with my extensive knowledge of local ingredients, classic preparations and network of vendors. My team and I invite you into our cooking process through a visual experience for you and your guests to enjoy. We design our menu using regional ingredients of the highest quality in peak seasonality. We aim to highlight the small businesses and farmers who grow exceptional produce with a sense of place and reverence for the environment and community.
Winery Events
We have worked closely with many wineries in Sonoma, Mendocino, and Napa counties in providing a dinner experience to pair with and elevate their wines. Our outdoor cooking set ups are as sculptural as they are functional in creating a shared moment for guests and food that highlights the flavors of the appellation.
Retreats, Airbnb experiences, and more
We also feel right at home in a kitchen setting at a private residence or rental and are very adaptable in tailoring a menu for our clients and their guests. We can also provide unique experiences, for example: a whole sonoma lamb butchering breakdown paired with a kebab lunch and take home cuts for participants.
