I work with wineries, barns, ranch properties, and private estates that want to turn their space into a functioning event venue centered around food and gathering.
This can include designing outdoor kitchens, designing infrastructure that works for visiting chefs, or developing a recurring event program for members and guests. Some projects are short-term and focused on layout and systems. Others are longer term engagements where I help build and execute a full culinary series.
